I offer individual sessions which are 45-60 minutes long, for £60, or 3 session packages for £150.
Sessions are usually online via Zoom, although face to face sessions are available in Livingston.
Stopping smoking is a one off 60 minute session for £100.
All sessions require a free pre-appointment discussion.
It is important to know that hypnotherapy is not a magic solution, it requires you to know what you want and to be ready to make the changes. As a hypnotherapist I am your guide, to help you access the state of focus you can make these changes, however it is
you who is doing the work internally. Results may vary, but the benefits of hypnosis and hypnotherapy are well established and can be remarkable.
